We have a large controlled storage facility creating optimum storing conditions. Proper cellaring ensures that wines are aged well, and that they are served in the dining room at correct temperatures and prepared to be savored at their best.

At Camille's, interaction with our guests to help them choose the right wine with each dish is very important. It is with this consideration in mind that time is invested in staff education including daily meetings with the wait staff during which lectures are given to enhance the staff's knowledge.

Our dessert wines, many of which are available by the glass, making the coupling of wines for both chocolate and fruit desserts quite inviting. Once dessert is through, guests may peruse our menu of after dinner drinks. Our lounge is also a great place to relax after a superb dining experience.
