As one of the few female chefs
on Historic Federal Hill, Andrea has occupied a position at Camille's for
the past 4 years, working under chef John Granata for the last three. Not
only is she the Chef di Cuisine, but she is also Pastry Chef for the
restaurant, creating and implementing the seasonal dessert menus.Prior to Camille's, Andrea was the Executive Chef of The Grille on Main,
in East Greenwich, one of the Pinelli Marra properties.
In addition to being a Chef, Andrea's education includes degrees in
Psychology and Sociology from URI, as well as ongoing work towards her
Masters Degree in Communications.
In her free time she has begun to develop a Pastry company called Carina
e Dolce, "sweet darlings", which she hopes to explore further in the
future.
