Chef de Cuisine Andrea Soave-Nadeau
Andrea Soave-Nadeau has occupied a spot as Chef de Cuisine of Camille’s for nearly 9 years, joining the staff at Camille’s under the new ownership in 2001. She is one of the few female chefs on Historic Federal Hill. Not only is she Chef de Cuisine but also occupies a role as pastry chef; creating and implementing seasonal dessert menus and banquet event coordinator, in which she takes an active role assisting those guests interested in booking a special evening, corporate business dinner or private event.

Prior to Camille’s, Andrea was the Executive Chef for the Grille on Main, in East Greenwich, The University of Rhode Island’s catering department, as well as several other local catering establishments.

Andrea greatly enjoys reaching out to the public and giving back to the community by way of participating in charitable fundraisers, cooking demonstrations such as those at Eastside Marketplace, In house and off-site educational programs for children, participating in local events as well as volunteering as a guest speaker when invited to do so.

At times she appears on the TV Maitre’d, The Rhode Show and in other media outlets.

In addition to being a Chef, Andrea’s education includes degrees in Psychology and Sociology from The University of Rhode Island, as well as ongoing work towards her Masters Degree in Communications.

In her free time she still is developing a Pastry company, with a focus in specialty cakes, which she has named Carina e Dolce, which means “sweet darlings”, which she hopes to explore further in the future .

Camille's can be booked for private parties on Sunday's or during Lunch on Saturday's. Please call to reserve your private party.
